Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.03.2019 and direct the respondents to return his documents which were given by the petitioner for the purpose of security for the above said Soil Conservation Scheme Loan A/c No.4/93-94 in the light of the direction given by the State Information Commission by its proceedings No.33655/tprhuiz B/2012 dated 30.10.2012 within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner had availed Soil Conservation Scheme Loan from the respondent. He has submitted certain documents as security for the purpose of said loan. The petitioner now wants those documents back. This is because the petitioner has already cleared the said loan. But the documents are still lying with the respondent. In this regard, the petitioner has given a representation dated 22.03.2019.

3. The second respondent is directed to consider all the materials on record and take a decision on the request made by the petitioner. The second respondent shall take a decision within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
