ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus,to direct the 1st respondent to initiate enquiry under 77-A of the Tamil Nadu Registration Act, to cancel the sale deed dated 19.09.2022 executed by the petitioner's mother in favour of the 3rd respondent registered as Document No. 5561/2022 dated 19.09.2022 before the 2nd respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 05.02.2024. 2.The petitioner has submitted a representation to conduct an enquiry under Section 77A. But Section 77A is stuck down. Therefore, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 and pass appropriate orders within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
