This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to conclude the enquiry of the petitioner's complaint, dated 08.07.2024 within the time stipulated by this Court 2.According to the petitioner, in his house, gold ornaments and cash to the tune of Rs.50,000/- were found missing, therefore, the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 08.07.2024, but the same has not been considered and the complaint is still pending. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that since the petitioner has not provided the correct particulars, they closed the complaint of the petitioner, dated 08.07.2024.
4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider his complaint, dated 08.07.2024 and the same has already been closed by the respondents, nothing survives for further adjudication. It is for the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law. 2/4
5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed by preserving the liberty of the petitioner to challenge the closure report in the manner known to law.
