This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to add 3 accused persons in the charge-sheet as per FIR in Cr.No.140 of 2015, on the file of the respondent police.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that on due enquiry a case was registered in Cr.No.140 of 2014 and thereafter charge sheet has been filed in S.T.C.No.677 of 2015 and the same is pending trial. 4.In the circumstances, the petitioner is having a chance to file private complaint against the other accused, who have been mentioned in his complaint. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Jurisdictional Magistrate and to file a protest petition.
