This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd Respondent to give necessary protection to petitioner and his family members for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 22.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that due to property dispute, civil suit had already been filed and the same was disposed of. Against which, Appeal Suit in A.S.No.22 of 2013 is also filed and the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

is pending.
