This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the second respondent to register a case against the proposed accused person on the complaint made by the petitioner to the second respondent dated 08.06.2016.

Heard learned counsel appearing for petitioner and learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed as 'Civil in nature'

4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as infructuous. In the event of effecting closure of the case upon conducting a petition enquiry, a copy of the closure report shall be forwarded to the complainant.
