2.This Court posed a specific question as to who was the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the sister-in-law. When went through the First Information Report, it is seen that the petitioner is the mother-inlaw. Since, wrong representation was made before this Court, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
