ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 387, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.52 of 2018, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.This Court went through the contents of the First Information Report, which show that the petitioner had way laid the defacto complainant and abused him in filthy language and also caused injuries to the defacto complainant.

4.Taking note of the serious allegations made against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
