ORDER

Though the petitioner claimed larger relief to set aside the order, dated 09.11.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.8807 of 2016 in S.T.C.No.318 of 2012, at the time of hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner restricted the relief for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the case within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Considering the submissions now made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into merits of the matter, the criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Fast Track Court at Magisterial level, Madurai, to dispose of the case pending in S.T.C.No.318 of 2012, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
