Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned election notification published in Daily Thanthi Newspapers dated 19.04.2018 by the 2nd respondent pertaining to the election of Yadhavar Sangam, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram District and quash the same as illegal and consequently, direct the 1st respondent to appoint an officer to conduct election to the petitioner's society, in consonance with the provisions of the Act, namely Yadhavar Sangam, Paramakudi (Registration No.78/2011).

ORDER
