An enquiry is now pending before the second respondent /Revenue Divisional Officer, Pudukkottai and it is the grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner that it is pending from the year 2017 in Na.Ka.A4/2231/2017.
2. Notice has been drawn by the Additional Government Pleader to summons issued by the second respondent on 20.12.2022 to both the petitioner and to the third respondent.
3. Let the second respondent proceed further with the said enquiry and endeavour to dispose of the same within a period of twelve
(12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent may ensure that he affords good opportunity to both the 2/4
petitioner and the third respondent to put forth their representations. Reasons must be given while passing the order.
3. With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
