(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Inasmuch as there is already an enquiry pending with the respondent No.5 in file No.A1/14138/2020 pertaining to the alleged 2/4

irregularity in granting patta to the private respondents, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforesaid proceedings as indicated in the information given under the Right to Information Act, 2005 dated 05.02.2021 may be directed to be disposed of within a reasonable time.

2.We are not even venturing into the merits of the case except directing the respondent No.5 to conclude the proceedings in A1/15721/2020 dated 05.02.2021 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
