2.Today, Sasikala along with the petitioner has come to this Court. On being questioned, Sasikala informs the Court that due to some misunderstanding with the parents, she went out of her parental home and stayed with a senior maternal aunt and that after coming to know that this Habeas Corpus Petition came to be filed, she contacted the petitioner and thus, both of them have come together to this Court. 3.A copy of the Secondary School Leaving Certificate of Sasikala has been produced, which shows that she was born on 03.02.1996 and hence, she is a major. She has expressed her desire to go with the grandmother viz., the petitioner. The statement of Sasikala is recorded. From the same, it is obvious that she was not under illegal custody.
