ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has given an application for issuance of separate patta in his name in respect of the petition mentioned lands. The second respondent has already submitted a report to the first respondent in this regard.

3. The first respondent is directed to conclude the proceedings on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not passed anything on the merits of the matter. The first respondent shall issue notice to the interested persons, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

if any. It is further reiterated that this Court has not given any positive direction to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
