ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. for offence punishable under Sections 120(b), 467, 468, 420 IPC in Crime No. 4 of 2010 on the file of respondent police.

2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits co-accused stands released on bail.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that absconding charge sheet has been filed against the petitioner in C.C.No.25 of 2011 and the petitioner is arrayed as A5.

4. On consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made, this Court is of the view that the petitioner can be granted the relief prayed for and accordingly; (a) In the event of arrest by or on appearance before the respondent police;

(b) In the event of appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order, (i) Petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on his executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to their satisfaction; (ii) Petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 5.30 p.m for two weeks and thereafter shall be available for interrogation as and when required.
