This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish the copy of the award / proceedings, without any delay, in respect of the acquisition of the petitioners land bearing Survey Nos. 1678/3, measuring 27.42 Cents, situated at Meena Vilakku, Anaikaraipatti Village, Theni District.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that a copy of the award would be issued to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to furnish a copy of the 2/4
