ORDER

The petitioner challenges the impugned order of the first respondent in Ni.Mu.I/4482/2023, dated 30.01.2024 and to consequently restore patta in favour of the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.251/1-1 acre 22 cent of Sankarankovil Town.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he is unable to get necessary instructions from the petitioner regarding the submissions of the learned counsel for the fourth respondent that the writ petitioner has been unsuccessful in the first appeal proceedings in A.S.No.85 of 2014. The learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore, seeks suitable orders to be passed giving liberty to the petitioner to address this writ petition restored in the event of the counsel being able to contact the petitioner and if anything survives in the writ petition.
