Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Wakf Board submitted that the petition mentioned enquiry would be completed on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 3.Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. No costs.
