ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's application dated 03.01.2025.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, with the consent of the counsel on either side, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

4. The petitioner, based on the registered settlement deed in his favour of the year 1986 and patta number 1300 issued in his favour, has sought for survey.

5. In view of the said application based on a registered document as well as the patta, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to conduct a survey based on the petitioner's 2/4
