ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks provision of electricity service connection for the petition mentioned property. He has given a representation dated 23.03.2019 in this regard. The second respondent is the authority competent to dispose of the said application.

3. The second respondent is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. The second respondent shall issue notice to the interested https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

persons, if any. It is further reiterated that this Court has not given any positive direction to the second respondent to pass orders one way or the other.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
