This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cdirect the first Respondent to transfer the case in Crime No. 04 of 2016, dated 20.02.2016, which was registered by the second Respondent to the competent officer for investigation of the case and file a final report before the Jurisdictional Magistrate within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the entire investigation is completed and the second respondent is awaiting for getting opinion from the Additional Public Prosecutor to file final report.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
