ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to secure the accused namely Mr.Iman Oli S/o Kasi Mohammed, who is arrayed as Accused No.3 in Crime 13 of 2018 dated 22.01.2018 on the file of the respondent under sections 120(B), 420, 465, 468, 471, 447 and 3(1) (g) of SC & ST Act within the time stipulated by this Court.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the third accused namely, Iman Oli has preferred Crl.R.C.No.221 of 2018 before this Court and the same was allowed on 25.06.2018 and therefore, the present Criminal Original Petition filed by the petitioner is liable to be rejected as infructuous.
3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
