PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent herein to register an FIR on the basis of the complaint filed by the petitioner which had been forwarded u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C.by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai, Tiruchirappalli District in C.M.P.No.2805 of 2017 dated 08.08.2017.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent herein to register the FIR on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, which had been forwarded u/s 156(3) Cr.P.C. by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kulithalai, Tiruchirappalli District in C.M.P.No.2805 of 2017 dated 08.08.2017. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.06.2017 has been registered in Crime No.278 of 2018 on 01.06.2018 under Sections 323, 120(b), 307 and 34 IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
