This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 19.04.2018.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner was called for enquiry and on enquiry he made a statement before the respondent police staing that he approached the Surveyor to resolve the dispute between them and seek his remedy before him. Recording the same, the complaint has been closed. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
