RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to condone the absence of the petitioner in pursuant to the order granted by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1350 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022 and direct the respondent to permit the petitioner to comply with the condition hereafter. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDAKUMAR.N, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(crl.

side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the absence of the petitioner in pursuance of the order by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1350 of 2022 dated 27.01.2022. 2.It is seen from the records that this Court, in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.1350 of 2022, while granting anticipatory bail vide order dated 27.01.2022, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the counsel appearing for the petitioner before the trial Court has not informed the petitioner about the condition imposed by this Court and hence, the petitioner could not comply with the condition.

He would further submit that the petitioner is ready and willing to comply with the condition, but the respondent police has refused to accept the same.

CRL MP(MD) No.4304 of 2022 4.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police from tomorrow (06.04.2022) onwards at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
