This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.03.2023 and to register an FIR against the 3rd respondent.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the representation of the petitioner was forwarded by the first respondent to the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Criminal Record and he had also conducted enquiry and made recommendation to the first respondent to take disciplinary action against the third respondent. 3.Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and it is for the first respondent to take appropriate action based on the enquiry report of the enquiry officer. 4.In view of the same, this petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.03.2023 2/4
