PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the 1st respondent to direct 2nd respondent to give necessary protection to the petitioner's family members and their labors for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2022 within the period stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to direct second respondent to give necessary protection to the petitioner's family members and their labors for their life and limbs by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.03.2022 within the period stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2.It is seen that the representation given by the petitioner dated 26.03.2022 to the first respondent is pending without any progress.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

issuing notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
