Heard both sides.

2. The petitioners' request is that their names should be included in respect of the petition mentioned survey numbers. They also want the corresponding corrections to be made in the FMB.

3. I do not want to go into the merits of the matter. The stand of the respondents is that the lands have been classified as Government poromboke in the revenue records. The first respondent is called upon to enquire into the issue and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
