ORDER

The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 259 of 2019 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur, through E-filing in E-filing No.LTN20220001762C202500058, on 09.08.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Thanjavur, is directed to take the case on file forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
