This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to unnecessarily harass the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that no complaint is pending against the petitioner herein. Therefore, the allegations set out by the petitioner are untrue and the same is denied by the respondent police. Hence, the relief sought for by the petitioner is not maintainable.

3. Recording the aforesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
