ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on weekly twice, Thursday and Friday and modify the order in Crl.M.P.No. 1217 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022, on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Madurai.

2.The petitioners are A2 and A3 in this case. On the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, the respondent police registered a case in Crime No.1 of 2022, for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 506(i)IPC. The petitioners are the mother-in-law and daughter-in-law of the defacto complainant and as such, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No. 1217 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022 and modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
