PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 28.02.2018 lodged by the petitioner and take appropriate action against the petitioner's husband, P.Sivakumar, residing at No.12, 2nd Cross Street, Sornam Residence, Thirumalai Nagar 1st Street, Aranmanai Pudur (via), Theni.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register the complaint dated 28.02.2018 lodged by the petitioner and take appropriate action against the petitioner's husband, P.Sivakumar, residing at No.12, 2nd Cross Street, Sornam Residence, Thirumalai Nagar 1st Street, Aranmanai Pudur (via), Theni.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint of the petitioner has been enquired and during the enquiry, it was found that the said complaint made by the petitioner is false and therefore, the said complaint was closed and a copy of the closure report has also been submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

closure report submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

4.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and the same was disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is open to the petitioner to approach the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court, seeking his relief under the provisions of Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
