: Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, directing the respondents to produce the body of the petitioner's husband namely Rameshkumar, aged about 31 years, the detenue before this Court and set him at liberty.

O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) The petitioner is the wife of the detenu, by name, Mr.Rameshkumar and has filed the present petition on the ground that her husband has gone missing since 25.03.2018.

2. A complaint has been filed by her in this regard, on 31.03.2018 in Crime No.163 of 2018, before the Mathichiyam Police Station, Madurai.

3. The matter was directed to be listed in the special list today, upon a mention made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor to the effect that the detenu / petitioner's husband had been secured by the respondents.

4. We have heard Mr.M.Sivasankar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents and the parties, viz., the petitioner and the detenu, in person. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. The detenu states that he had left his home to secure a job

elsewhere to better his prospects and agrees that he should have informed his family before doing so. In any event, he is now willing to go back to his home and family and the petitioner is also ready to receive him back.

6. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed. No costs.
