ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner has been bequeathed with 42 cents of land vide Will dated 30.10.2013 executed by his father Thiru.Vasudevan.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate on written instructions submitted that for the 42 cents of land said to have been bequeathed in favour of the petitioner, no proper four boundaries have been given and that therefore it is not possible to conduct any survey. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. I am of the view that the objection raised by the respondents is well founded. Therefore, no relief can be granted in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, this Court grants liberty to the legatees of the said Will dated 30.10.2013 to submit a joint application to the second respondent. No costs.
