ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner, who was arrested on 21.08.2016 for the alleged offences under Section 4(1)(aaa) and 4(1-A) of Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act in Cr.No.507 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is represented by learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner illegally transported IMFL Liquor bottles from Pondichery and he has no previous case.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that petitioner could be enlarged on bail. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail, subject to the following conditions;- i) Petitioner shall execute a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ (Rupees Ten Thousand only), with two sureties each for the like sum

to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukkottai;

ii) Petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
