PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the learned Fast Tract Court No.I, Madurai (Judicial Magistrate Level, Madurai) to complete the enquiry and pass an order in STC No.287/2016 within the stipulated time. For Petitioner : Mr.B.Sukumar

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Fast Tract Court No.I, Madurai(Judicial Magistrate Level, Madurai) to complete the enquiry and pass an order in STC No.287 of 2016 within the stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the case is pending trial without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Fast Tract Court No.I, Madurai(Judicial Magistrate Level, Madurai) to dispose the case pending in STC No. 287 of 2016 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings. Further the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on hall hearing dates without fail and co-operate for trial.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
