This Petition is filed to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.67 of 2024 from the file of the Inspector of Police, Paramakudi Town Police Station, Ramanathapuram District, to the file of the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Ramanathapuram District

2. According to the petitioner, he is the victim in Crime No.67 of 2024. A case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.68 of 2024. Due to property dispute, a case and counter case was registered. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is having material to substantiate the same and also having C.C.T.V footage.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that a complaint and counter complaint were registered and the same is under investigation.

4. This Court considered the rival submissions made.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to 2/4

place all the materials before the investigation officer. The investigation officer shall consider the materials and find out who is the real aggressor and process accordingly.
