This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents herein to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.04.2018.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents. 3.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents on instructions would submit that after completing the enquiry on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.171 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC., on 04.06.2018. He also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.
