ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue a direction to withdraw the case in Crime No.290 of 2021 dated 19.12.2021 U/s 174 Cr.P.C., on the file of the fourth respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for fair investigation and file a report before the competent Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that his son committed suicide, only because of the illegal relationship of the daughter-in-law with other person and thereby, he made a complaint before the fourth respondent, however, they have not conducted fair investigation. Therefore, the petitioner filed the present petition seeking transfer of investigation. 3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the fourth respondent conducted investigation and further action in this case was dropped.

4.In view of the above, no further order is required in this petition. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
