The petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, seeking a direction, directing the Respondents No. 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to petitioner's Education institutions and College Buses which is situated at Anakudi Road, Kovilacheri, Kumbakonam, Tanjore district by considering his representation, dated 31.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.Consider the facts and circumstances of the case, the respondent shall give police protection to the petitioner and the petitioner is directed to bear the cost for providing police protection.
