ORDER
This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 21.02.2019, within a time stipulated by this Court.
2. Mrs. J. Padmavathy Devi, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the first respondent / Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal dated 21.02.2019, pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
