ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioner/A2, who was arrested on 02.07.2016 for offences punishable under Section 302 IPC in Cr.No.128 of 2016 on the file of respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and her husband caused the death of defacto complainant's niece by pouring kerosene and set her ablaze.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner's husband has been cleared of the offence.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody from 02.07.2016, this Court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on her
