ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to direct the respondents to accept the petitioner's community certificate in certificate No. AFF96A8D6A687B86 in respect of application for Common Recruitment, 2019 in user ID USRB111624, submitted on 19.03.2019 and consequently direct the respondent to issue Hall Ticket to write eligibility examination.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that at the time of sending application for the Post of Grade II Police Constable, Grade II Jail Warder and Fireman, as per the Advertisement No.1/2019, dated 06.03.2019, the particulars of the community certificate of the petitioner has been mistakenly entered in user ID No. USRB111624. Hence, apprehending that the application of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner will be rejected, the petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition.

3. Today, the learned Additional Advocate General, who appeared on behalf of the respondent, submitted that if the petitioner submits necessary certificate before the competent authority, the same would be considered.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent, this Court directs the petitioner to send his community Certificate details, within a period of two days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the respondent. On receipt of the such particulars, the respondent shall consider the same and pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
