Respondent/Complainant For Petitioner : No Appearance For Respondent : Mr.S.Chandrasekar, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- for Bail in Crime No.147 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner/ Accused No.6 was arrested and remanded to Judicial Custody on 08.03.2020 for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 302, 120B, 109 of I.P.C. on the file of the respondent police.

3. The case of the prosecution is that due to dispute regarding a sale transaction, one Chokar along with others, conspired to kill Ranjith and pursuant to the said conspiracy on 06.03.2020, this petitioner along with others have murdered the said Ranjith.

CRL OP(MD). No.5399 of 2020 the petitioner and others in pursuant to the hatched conspiracy, waylaid the said Ranjith and murdered him. Some of the accused are still absconding and the investigation is in crucial stage. Hence, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposing to grant bail.

5. Accepting the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
