Respondents PRAYER :- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to take appropriate action under the criminal law pursuant to my complaint dated 12.03.2021 in the light of the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh & Ors. Reported in (2014) 2 SCC as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Anand For Respondents : Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side).

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing second respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 12.03.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on receipt of the representation from the petitioner, the second respondent had conducted a detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 21.04.2021.

3.Recording the said submissions, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
