This petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to comply the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.9306 of 2016 on the file of the Hon'ble Judicial magistrate Court No.II, Virudhunagar and thereby register FIR under section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. if prima facie cognizable offence is made out against the 1st and 2nd respondents and consequently to file report based on the action being taken by the 3rd respondent and proceed in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the case is registered in Crime No. 38 of 2017 for offences under Sections 294(b), 506(i) IPC on 02.02.2017.
