ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side. This writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.The writ petitioner wants the authorities to cancel the petition mentioned patta that is in name of one Soosai Prakasam and Saveriammal. In this regard, the petitioner has given an appeal before the first respondent.

3.Therefore, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal petition dated 05.08.2018 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ interested persons on notice before passing final orders. It is

made clear that this court has not pronounced anything on the merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass orders one way or the other.
