ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Petitioners, who were arrested on 24.08.2016 for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 IPC r/w Sections 3 and 4 of TNPPDL Act, 1992 in Cr.No.123 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that in the course of festival of Mariamman temple, Pandipathiram, Avudaiyarkovil Taluk, two cases have been registered against the rival factions, namely Crime No.123 of 2016 against the petitioners group and Crime No.122 of 2016 against the opposite group.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and they are in custody from 24.08.2016.

4.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioners have caused injury to six persons out of which one is still in hospital and in the petitioners group all the injured persons were discharged from hospital.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the rival submissions, this Court is inclined to release the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond in a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for the like sum to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Aranthangi and on condition that petitioners shall stay at Vedasandur, Dindigul District and report before the Vedasandur police daily at 10.00 a.m for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required.
