ORDER
The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the third respondent.
2.According to the petitioner, the third respondent is a close relative of the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent, according to the petitioner, has taken loan from him and had also executed promissory note. In order to get back the documents, the fourth respondent has given a false complaint before the third respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5400 of 2020 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on the other hand points out that the fourth respondent has given a complaint that the petitioner had taken certain signed documents from him by promising to get a loan of Rupees One Crore. 4.Taking note of the rival submissions, I am of the view that interest of justice will be served by issuing the following directions:- (I) The second/third respondent will issue summons in writing, if he wants to enquire the petitioner. There cannot be any oral summon for attending enquiry.
(II) If the second/third respondent registers any FIR at the instance of the fourth respondent, the petitioner will be given due notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the concerned Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. 5.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
