This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to register FIR on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 09.12.2017.

2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.12.2017 has been registered in Crime No.167 of 2018 on 03.06.2018 under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) IPC and he has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
